I had a flight with Corendon Airlines from Gaziantep to Hannover on August 7, 2024. When I attempted to check in online, the system indicated that online check-in was closed and noted that we could complete this process for free at the ticket counter. However, at the counter, they demanded €10 from each passenger for the check-in process, stating that we could not proceed without this payment.
This is unacceptable for a company that claims online check-in is not available and offers a free alternative, only to charge €10 at the airport. I will never choose this airline again.
