Unable to Complete Online Check-In for Corendon İzmir-Düsseldorf Flight

On December 27, 2024, I attempted to complete online check-in for my Corendon flight from İzmir to Düsseldorf, but the system showed an error just 7 hours before the flight. When I contacted customer service, I was told I needed to pay €10 for check-in at the airport. However, as shown in the attached photo, it clearly states that no additional fees would be required for check-in.

This contradiction has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I should not have to pay for an error caused by Corendon’s system. I request an immediate resolution to address my complaint and a reimbursement for the unwarranted charge. Please ensure such issues are avoided in the future.
