Corendon Charged Me €10 at Airport for Check-In Without Proper Notice or Option

I purchased a Corendon Airlines ticket for a flight to Cologne scheduled on 08.06.2025. When I went to the airport counter to check in, I was charged an extra €10 simply because I hadn’t completed online check-in in advance. I was told that online check-in must be done beforehand—but when I offered to do it on the spot, they said it had already closed 5 hours before the flight.
This policy wasn’t clearly stated during booking, nor was I warned via email or SMS. I already paid for my ticket—why should I pay more just to board? It feels like they’re inventing excuses to charge passengers extra.
I even told them, “If you charge €1,000 to use the bathroom during the flight, are we supposed to just accept it too?” This is not just unethical, it’s legally questionable. It's clear manipulation and unfair profit-seeking.
I’ve submitted two complaints to Corendon and haven’t received a single response. I demand a full refund of the €10 and a formal explanation. This kind of predatory behavior must stop, and I intend to escalate it if ignored further.
