Request for Spare Parts for Corby Drone

In April 2022, I purchased a Corby drone which unfortunately crashed to the ground during flight, causing damage to its propellers. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to find spare parts for the drone over the past year. As a result, I kindly request a replacement for the product, or at least the provision of spare parts as soon as possible. I must emphasize that the damage was not a result of any user error on my part, and therefore I do not believe I should be required to pay for the replacement or the spare parts. As a customer, I expect products to be reliable and durable, and it is disheartening to experience a malfunction in such a short amount of time. I hope that the relevant authorities can address my concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible so that I can resume using the product and enjoying its benefits.
