I purchased the Corby SD01 Air Master drone, and while I was initially happy with the product, I’ve quickly run into a serious issue: spare parts are nearly impossible to find. Specifically, I need the small plastic gear that connects to the propeller, which wears out far too easily.
Considering the price I paid for this drone, I expected better durability—or at the very least, easy access to affordable replacement parts. But that’s not the case. The gear breaks quickly, and without a reliable source for spares, the entire drone becomes useless.
Corby, I urge you to make spare parts readily available, especially for high-wear components like gears and propellers. Please provide information on where I can purchase genuine replacements, and don’t let this become a regret for customers who trusted your brand.
