My Corby CX020-2B Drone Went Out of Control and Crashed

I purchased the Corby CX020-2B drone from the Gordion MediaMarkt store. I performed the calibration for the first use and began flying in windless weather, following the instructions in the user manual. However, the device quickly went out of control; even though I was only 5–10 meters away, the return-to-home button did not work. The drone then ascended, flew away, crashed into a building, fell, and the propeller gear was stripped.

After this malfunction, I tried to find replacement parts but couldn’t find them anywhere. I also attempted to contact Corby customer service but was unable to reach anyone. I still have the product’s invoice and warranty certificate, and the warranty period is ongoing.

If replacement parts cannot be supplied, I request a full refund for the product. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved and my grievance addressed.
