Less than a year after purchasing my Converse shoes, the inner heel area (Ford) tore. I bought the shoes from Boyner and submitted them for inspection at their Emaar store twice, but neither Boyner nor Converse are acknowledging that the fabric has torn. Despite owning multiple pairs of Converse, none have ever ripped like this, even with more wear. Both Boyner and Converse are brushing me off with the usual "user error" excuse, refusing to take responsibility. If they’re willing to lose a customer over a shoe that hasn’t even lasted a year, they should at least offer repairs. Stop dismissing me and repair the shoe – replace the fabric and return it. There's no after-sales service at either Boyner or Converse.
