I Face The North Face Vectiv Fastpack Futurelight Mesh Tear

I purchased The North Face Vectiv Fastpack Futurelight Women's Outdoor Shoes from Boyner Trabzon. After only about a year of owning them, the internal mesh at the back of the shoe has started to tear. I took the shoes to the Boyner store, requesting to send them for warranty repair. They were sent, but my claim was rejected, citing "user error" as the reason.
This is absolutely not user error on my part; the tear is clearly a defect that will only worsen. I consulted a shoe repair shop, and they confirmed it could only be fixed by adding a patch. When I asked for the cause, they explained that the original stitching in that area was not robust, which led to the tearing. Apart from this specific tear, there is no other ripping, pulling, or deformation anywhere else on the shoes. Despite the high price, I trusted The North Face's brand reputation and quality. Now I question whether my trust was misplaced. This has caused significant frustration and disappointment. I demand that The North Face reconsider their decision and either repair or replace my defective shoes under warranty.
