Converse Shoes Opened at the Front After 5 Months, Denied Warranty Claim
After just five months of use, my Converse shoes started coming apart at the front. I consulted several shoe stores, and they explained that the issue was likely due to the shoe’s stiff structure. Despite this, when I submitted the shoes for a warranty claim, I waited a week without any update.
When I followed up with customer service, I was told the damage was due to "user error," and the shoes were returned to me without any resolution. This response is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to represent quality and durability.
Converse, I expect you to honor your warranty policy and address this defect properly. Ignoring genuine complaints like this undermines customer trust in your brand.
