Defective Product, No Change From Columbia
We bought at least 5-6 t-shirts for my wife from Columbia's Antalya Deepo AVM store. After wearing one of them and going out, we noticed a defect in the sleeve. She never wore that shirt again, and we went to the store where we bought it. My husband explained the situation, but the staff, who were smiling and friendly when we received it, turned sullen in the face of such a situation, rolled their eyes, and said, "We will send it for investigation." When we said that we only wore the product once and could not take it off immediately because we were outside, he said that if you wear the product once, it is used. When I told them that these products are tried on many times here and sold to people, this is also used, a lady waiting at the cash register, I think the store manager looked at me grumpily and said, "This is the procedure, lady, I can't do anything." It was an incredibly bad experience for us. We have shopped in many places, and I have never seen a brand that treats customers with such disrespect after sales. Where is your interest in selling? Is this service quality? We made a lot of purchases from your store, and it is your fault that the product was defective. Why do you just say that you will send us for examination and brush it off? And what is the incredibly disrespectful attitude of the staff? Train your staff on how to treat customers. What is this attitude, as if doing your job well is a blessing? It's not all about selling expensive products. We had a poor-quality experience with you, and now we are completely done with this brand.
