Columbia Rejected My Exchange Request Twice After T-Shirt Color Faded


I bought a Columbia brand t-shirt for my son in Türkiye. About a month later, the color faded. I took it back to the store where I bought it for review. The store said, "You're absolutely right. If it had been our own brand, we would have changed it immediately." They said, "We need to send the Columbia brand back to the brand, they review it themselves and make their own decision." We sent the product to the relevant brand representative on the advice of the store experts. Columbia did not accept my exchange request. The product was returned. The store expert said, "Let's send the product back, and we will write our own review. Such a product exchange request should be accepted," so we sent the product back to the brand. Our request was rejected a second time. Despite the color fading being due to the fabric, the brand did not stand behind the product. As a customer, I was victimized.
