I bought a pair of shoes from Columbia Maltepe Park AVM branch on 06.04.2024. Due to wear and tear observed on 12.05.2024, I sent them for inspection. The examination was completed on 20.05.2024, and the product returned to the store on 27.05.2024. Unfortunately, the inspection yielded negative results. The amount of wear and tear seen in the picture cannot be justified in such a short time. The company refuses to acknowledge any faults in the product. However, it's impossible for a non-defective product to deteriorate so quickly. I purchased these shoes for my son, and I bought the same pair in white for myself. Mine also started to wear out from the back inside. Columbia Turkey doesn't stand behind their product. An ₺8000 pair of shoes shouldn't exhibit such poor quality. I will continue to pursue my rights through other channels.
