I bought two Columbia t-shirts from the Marmara Forum Boyner store, and the logos have peeled off, making them look terrible and completely unwearable. This is unacceptable for premium-priced shirts!
To make matters worse, I lost my receipt. When I went to Boyner's customer service, they flat-out refused to help, claiming they couldn't find my purchase in their system. Boyner is clearly not standing behind the products they sell.
Then, I contacted Columbia Gözalan headquarters directly, and their response was just as infuriating: "The after-sales service period for our products is 1 year. You can get support to send the products for inspection through the Boyner store where you made the purchase, as they are our authorized dealer."
So, Columbia Gözalan is also refusing to stand behind its own product, claiming that t-shirts sold for ₺8,000-₺10,000 have only a 1-year service life, and they're pushing me back to Boyner. The consumer is once again the one suffering. The logos are clearly defective due to faulty material, and I have attached images to prove it.
I demand that my Columbia t-shirts be inspected immediately, and I expect a replacement or full refund! Both Boyner and Columbia are failing to take responsibility for a clear product defect. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and product quality is disgraceful.
