I Paid for Diamonds on Codashop but They Claim No Payment and Sent Nothing

Hello, on the 12th of this month, I purchased diamonds worth ₺3569 through the Codashop website. I completed the payment and submitted the purchase request as instructed. But instead of delivering what I paid for, Codashop claimed, “No payment was found,” and never sent me the diamonds.
What makes this even worse is that PayTR confirmed my payment—I have official proof that the transaction was successful. Yet, Codashop refuses to acknowledge it. I’ve been sending two emails a day for several days straight, and I haven’t received a single response from their support team.
This is unacceptable for a platform that handles financial transactions and digital goods. I demand that Codashop immediately verify my payment, deliver the diamonds to my account, or refund my ₺3569 without delay. Ignoring your customers after taking their money is not just unprofessional—it's unethical. Resolve this now.
