Codashop Charged My Card Without Consent and Refused to Refund My Payment
On July 20, 2024, an unauthorized charge was made to my credit card through Codashop without my knowledge or approval. I never made this purchase and immediately gathered all the necessary evidence to prove that I was not responsible for the transaction.
I contacted Codashop and submitted everything through email, including documentation clearly showing that the payment was fraudulent. Despite this, they have refused to issue a refund or cancel the charge. What’s even more frustrating is that Codashop, a company that normally responds quickly, has suddenly gone silent and is ignoring my follow-ups.
I demand that Codashop immediately refund the unauthorized payment made with my credit card. I will not accept silence or dismissal after money was taken from me without consent. Handle this situation properly and return my ₺ without delay.
