Roblox Account Recovery Issue Due to Missing Verification Code

I have a problem accessing my Roblox account on my mobile phone because the system keeps asking for a confirmation code that I do not have and cannot receive. This situation has been happening for several months and I have not been able to log in to my account during this time. I do not know why the confirmation code check was activated and I have no way to obtain this code, so I am completely locked out of my account. I have not been able to get effective support so far and I am very frustrated, because I cannot access my profile or my game progress.
