I Can’t Buy Wild Cores for Wild Rift Through Codashop Despite Having Funds

I'm trying to buy Wild Cores for Wild Rift through Codashop, the only payment method the game currently supports for my region. However, the purchase doesn’t go through—even though I have enough funds—and I’m left stuck without any way to top up my account. As a result, I’m unable to progress in the game, and this has put me at a serious disadvantage.

What makes things worse is that Wild Rift hasn’t offered any alternative platform for making purchases, forcing players like me to rely solely on Codashop, which clearly isn’t functioning properly. On top of that, they haven’t resolved a previous chargeback issue, even though my payment was successful.

Why are payments in Turkey routed through third-party sites instead of directly through Wild Rift itself? Why can’t players deal directly with the game’s official channels? This system is unreliable, frustrating, and unprofessional.

I’m demanding that Wild Rift and Codashop immediately address this issue. Either allow direct payment options or fix Codashop’s failures. I paid real money and expect a working solution, not silence and endless obstacles.
