Codashop eFootball Order Stuck Pending – Cancel Unpaid Order

I recently tried to buy eFootball coins through Codashop using the Livin payment method. I chose the coin package I wanted, but I did not receive any virtual account code, so I could not complete the payment at all. Because I cannot see or use the virtual account code, the order now appears as pending, but I have not paid and I have not received any coins. I do not want this pending order to cause any problem in the future. I kindly request that my eFootball coin order be completely cancelled and removed from the system, so that I am sure there is no active unpaid order on my account.
