Codashop Purchase Pending Error Blocks Payment for Over 30 Hours
About 30 hours ago, I attempted to make a purchase on Codashop for eFootball using the Troy payment method. During the transaction, I received a “Purchase Pending” error, and since then, I have been unable to make another payment due to the same issue.
The payment amount was not deducted from my account; however, because the system shows my transaction as pending, I am unable to complete the purchase or try again. When I contacted support, I only received an automated message telling me to wait 24 hours. It has now been more than 30 hours, and there is still no resolution or follow-up.
I request that the pending transaction on my Codashop account be canceled, that my account be restored so I can make payments normally again, and that I receive a clear explanation of what caused this issue.
