Codashop Purchase Pending Error Blocking eFootball Coin Purchase

I attempted to purchase 2700 eFootball Coins (approximately $12) and the Batistuta Starter Pack through the Codashop website. However, despite having sufficient balance on my card and having international transactions enabled, the payment repeatedly failed and the system kept returning errors.

During this transaction, which took place around 2:50 PM on March 9, 2026, the products began showing a “Purchase Pending” status, and this status still has not been resolved. I am unable to receive the items, and I also cannot proceed with a new purchase.

Although there is no charge or authorization showing on my card, the transaction remains unresolved on Codashop’s side. When I contacted customer support, I was only told that the transaction is “pending,” without any clear explanation. Additionally, the discounts on the items I want to purchase will expire in two days, and I do not want to miss this opportunity due to this delay.

I request that this “Purchase Pending” issue on Codashop be urgently investigated and resolved. The orders should either be completed and the items delivered to my account, or all blocks should be removed so that I can proceed with a new purchase without any issues.
