Codashop Took My Payment but Never Delivered My eFootball Coins
At approximately 5:44:58 PM, I purchased an eFootball coin package through the Codashop website for $7. The payment was successfully processed, the amount was charged to my debit card, and the funds were deducted from my account. However, the eFootball coins I purchased were never credited to my game account.
Several minutes have passed since the transaction, and I still have not received the purchased in-game currency or any notification regarding the status of my order. Before contacting Codashop customer support, I am requesting a refund for this transaction.
Although the payment was successfully charged to my card, the purchased service was never delivered. Therefore, I request that the $7 charged for this transaction be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
