Codashop Purchase Stuck on “Pending” and Not Completing

I attempted to purchase the “2700 eFootball Coins” package offered on Codashop for eFootball. However, before I could proceed to the payment page, the transaction got stuck on a “Purchase Pending” screen and did not complete.

This issue occurred around 5:30 PM on March 10, and it has now been approximately 25 hours with the status still showing as pending. I used a credit/debit card for the payment, but no charge has been made to my card so far, and there is no authorization or transaction visible in my account.

I contacted Codashop via email and submitted a support request, but I have not received any response yet. My case number is 5152237.

I request that the transaction either be fully canceled or completed properly by delivering the purchased package to my account, along with a clear update regarding the status.
