If your Codashop order stays pending after paying with Codapay;
• Check your SMS/email for a Codapay confirmation or reference number
• Verify the charge is completed (not reversed or pre-authorized) on your bank, card, or mobile billing statement
• Wait up to 60 minutes and refresh the Codashop order page, then log out and back in
• Restart the game and your device in case the credit is delayed
• Do not retry the payment while the order is pending
Contact Codashop support immediately with a clear request;
• State that the Codapay payment was completed but the order is stuck in “pending”
• Provide the order ID, Codapay reference, date, amount, game name, and player ID
• Attach proof of payment (receipt, SMS, bank screenshot)
Ask them to;
• Manually verify the Codapay transaction
• Complete the order or change its status
• Refund the payment if it cannot be processed
If Codashop says the issue is on Codapay’s side;
• Contact Codapay support with the same details
• Ask them to confirm whether the payment was successfully settled with Codashop
