Overpriced Parts and Unsolved Problems in My 2013 Citroen C-Elize
My 2013 Citroen C-Elize is having a frustrating problem. The heat has caused the chrome-trimmed window scrapers that are glued to the car's window edges to melt and disintegrate. This issue affects all four sides of the vehicle. The cost of replacing a single scraper ranges from 1300 to 1800 tl, not including labor. On June 15th, I inquired about this matter and was quoted 750 tl. I'm sorry I didn't get it replaced sooner because the price has risen by 100% in just 2.5 months. It appears that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, and Citroen must find a solution for all of us. This situation is tarnishing the brand's reputation, and I find it difficult to believe that such low-quality materials could have been used in their vehicles.
