Citroen C-Elysee Warranty Coverage Dispute

I own six Citroen C-Elysee vehicles, and one needs an axle replacement at an authorized service center. The repair costs ₺26,000, but Citroen won't even cover 50% of the cost, despite all our vehicles having authorized service maintenance histories.
They claim they can't contribute because the vehicle has 57,000 km. However, in March 2024, we received 50% coverage for another C-Elysee at 75,000 km for a ₺17,000 repair including distribution kit, water pump kit, fuel hose, rocker cover gasket, and brake vacuum gasket replacement at an authorized dealer.
Why isn't this discount applied to the current vehicle? Has the brand become so cost-conscious in just four months that it's neglecting customer satisfaction? After calling customer service for a discount, we were told two weeks later that they couldn't assist due to the 57,000 km mileage. I wonder what took two weeks to consider if they already knew the mileage.
We plan to initiate legal proceedings, documenting the March case where 50% support was provided (including mileage and authorized service history), along with the current vehicle's mileage and the denied proforma invoice.
