Citroen C4X Rear Diffuser Melted Due to Exhaust Contact and No Support Given

The rear lower diffuser plexi on my Citroen C4X melted and burned due to contact with the exhaust, indicating a manufacturing flaw. I phoned Citroen Türkiye customer support to report the problem, hoping for a rapid remedy. However, the call center workers did not appear to properly comprehend the issue and, to my surprise, did not even compile a proper report on it. I expected more from Citroen, particularly in terms of dealing with such significant issues. I am now left with a damaged vehicle and no obvious path to a resolution. I would greatly appreciate it if Citroen could handle this issue appropriately and accept responsibility for this clear flaw in the vehicle's design.
