I purchased an electric vehicle, the Citroen E-C4x, from the Citroen Istanbul Oztek Kartal branch in February. Unfortunately, it broke down on the third day and spent a week in the service center for diagnosis. After diagnosis, they informed me that there were issues with the vehicle's brain and charging unit, and it would need to be reassembled. They provided a replacement vehicle from a fleet company, assuming it would be a short-term solution. However, May has arrived, and I haven't received any information about the repair progress. Despite contacting them for a week regarding the replacement vehicle, no action has been taken. It's not right to drive a replacement vehicle that isn't even from the same brand after purchasing a brand-new car. It's been three months, and there's still no indication of when the repairs will be completed. My request for a vehicle replacement to Citroen Turkey has also gone unanswered. Citroen E-C4x is not a car or brand to be preferred under these circumstances.
