Citroen Refused a Replacement for My e-C4X After Electric Traction System Fault

My 3-month-old Citroen brand e-c4x electric vehicle stopped in the middle of the road with an "electric traction system fault" and did not move again. While legally a replacement vehicle must be given in service that exceeds 10 days, due to this very common and well-known situation, no replacement vehicle is given for my vehicle that has been waiting in service for 20 days. This situation both damages the trust in the brand and shows that the place that sells electric vehicles does not have a competent technician. This is an announcement for those who will buy an electric vehicle from Citroen.
