Christian Dior Order Not Delivered – Requesting Urgent Action
I placed an order on the Christian Dior website on November 27, 2024, and it still hasn’t been shipped. I purchased this item as a gift for my partner’s birthday, which is now only six days away. Despite emailing their customer service multiple times, I’ve received no response, and there is no available support to address my concerns directly.
This lack of communication and delay is extremely disappointing, especially from a luxury brand. I demand that my order be shipped immediately or that a full refund is processed without further delay. Christian Dior needs to improve their customer service and delivery timelines to meet customer expectations. Please resolve this issue promptly.
