I placed an order from the website Kate Spade on 27.10.2025 with the numbers #44b638-200 and #1161761592583995780, and the products were supposed to be delivered to Istanbul, Kadıköy. However, despite the time that has passed, my products have still not been delivered. I contacted Kate Spade Türkiye/customer service regarding the non-delivery of my order, but I was able to receive a response only once and the issue has not been resolved. I find it unacceptable that my order remains undelivered and that I cannot receive clear, consistent information. I request that my products be delivered to me as soon as possible; if delivery is not possible, I demand an immediate refund of the full amount I paid for this order.
