Unable to Return Christian Dior Product Due to Lack of Support

I wanted to return a product I purchased from Christian Dior, but I cannot find anyone to assist me. This is unacceptable for a brand like Dior and has left me extremely disappointed. Their website does not provide any section to create a return request, and despite reaching out through the "Contact Us" section and sending multiple emails, I have received no response.
As a loyal customer, I expected better service and support from such a prestigious brand. Dior must address this issue immediately by providing a clear and functional process for returns and ensuring their customer service team responds promptly to inquiries. This lack of accountability is highly frustrating, and I demand immediate action.
