I purchased my 2023 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro in August of last year. For the first few months, everything seemed fine—until about three months ago. I began hearing noises from the lower part of the vehicle, and like many other Chery owners, my cameras stopped working and started showing errors.
I took the car to the nearest authorized service center. They diagnosed the issue: the noise was caused by worn tie rod ends, and the cameras needed replacement. A month later, the tie rod parts arrived, but the cameras did not. I told them I’d rather wait and have everything repaired at once—taking more time off work and traveling back and forth didn’t make sense.
I couldn’t use my car for about a month and a half. Eventually, I had no choice but to go in and replace the tie rods. I’ve followed up several times about the cameras—calling the main dealership, filing a complaint—but all I get is: “We’ll call you back.” No one ever does.
I'm spending money on unnecessary travel, wasting my limited vacation days, and still can't confidently use a car that’s barely two years old. I bought this vehicle new to avoid exactly these kinds of problems, but instead I’ve been met with delays, excuses, and neglect.
Chery, I’m asking for immediate resolution. If you don’t respond or resolve this promptly, I will take my complaint to every relevant consumer rights platform until I’m heard. I’m already a victim of poor service—I won’t let it continue.
