My 2024 Tiggo 7 Pro Max Had Engine Issues Twice in 9 Days

I purchased a 2024 Tiggo 7 Pro Max and took delivery of the vehicle on March 15. Just three days later, the check engine light came on. I immediately took a photo and sent it to the dealership. They told me to bring it to the service center for inspection. But while driving there, the warning light turned off. They checked the vehicle and claimed it was just a "momentary fault" and sent me on my way.

Then, on March 24, the issue came back. I brought it to the service center at 8:30 AM and waited five hours, only to be told there was a problem with the engine vapor system. They removed the part from another vehicle (the OtoYol car) and installed it in mine!

I contacted Chery directly to file a formal complaint. This car is only 9 days old, and I’ve already seen the engine warning light twice. I told them clearly that I refuse to accept being sold a defective vehicle. Their response? "There’s nothing we can do."
