I’ve had my Chery Omoda 5 for only six months, and the rear camera has been malfunctioning for the past week. Before this, the camera would intermittently work, but now it has completely stopped. When I contacted the service center, they blamed the issue on heat. Does that mean it’s now failing because of the cold? This is unacceptable for a new vehicle. A rear camera is essential for safe driving, and such problems shouldn’t occur so soon after purchase. I expect Chery to address this issue immediately, provide a proper solution, and ensure the reliability of their vehicles. I’m extremely disappointed and demand a prompt resolution.
