Chery Omoda 5 Multimedia Screen Issue

Dear Sir/Madam, as you can see in the attached video, I have been experiencing multimedia issues with my car since the day I bought it. Every day, at random times, my screen goes blank, responds slowly, the rear camera does not activate in reverse gear, and the 360 camera does not activate during turns. I have multiple videos taken on consecutive days showing these issues. When I went to the service center, I was told that the part would be replaced only if the screen completely fails to turn on. My car has only 1800 km on it. Please address my issue. My wife faces potential accident risks and parking difficulties due to the intermittent failure of the camera system while driving. Please don't make me regret recommending this car to others. Address my issue, please.
