Chery Omoda 5 CarPlay Freezes After Connection – No Solution

28After connecting CarPlay in my Chery Omoda 5, the screen freezes and stays that way indefinitely. This issue suddenly started happening—it never occurred before.
Even after trying Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections, the problem remains the same. The system gets stuck on the loading screen for 15 seconds, and then nothing happens. No matter what I do, CarPlay does not work properly anymore.
If this is a software issue, Chery needs to release an update to fix it. CarPlay is an essential feature, and it’s frustrating that it’s now completely unusable. Chery, address this issue and provide a proper fix! Customers shouldn’t have to deal with malfunctioning features on a new car.
