I have been experiencing persistent issues with CarPlay in my Chery Omoda 5. The connection frequently drops, and whenever I receive a call, the music stops playing and does not resume automatically. This is extremely frustrating, especially while driving, as I am forced to manually restart the music or disconnect and reconnect CarPlay.
I reported this issue during my 5,000 km service, but no solution was provided. Despite my complaints, the problem persists, making hands-free calls inconvenient and disrupting my driving experience.
I demand Chery to fix this CarPlay malfunction immediately. This is a basic feature that should function properly in a modern vehicle. I expect a firmware update or a permanent fix—otherwise, I will escalate my complaint further. Please address this issue as soon as possible!
