Chery Omoda 5 Multimedia System Freezing and Bluetooth Issues

For about a month, I have been experiencing persistent problems with the multimedia system in my Chery Omoda 5. While playing music, the system frequently freezes, and the Bluetooth connection is unstable, constantly dropping. These issues occur regularly in all environments and driving conditions, which makes the system unreliable and frustrating to use.

So far, I have not tried any specific solution since I expect a brand-new vehicle to function properly without such problems. My car is still under warranty, and my customer number is 0541426.

I request that these multimedia and Bluetooth issues be promptly diagnosed and permanently resolved under warranty. As a customer, I expect Chery to take responsibility and ensure that my vehicle’s multimedia system works smoothly, without recurring errors.
