Chery Service Kept Me Waiting for 2 Months After Rear Bumper and Trunk Damage

Approximately two months ago, my Chery vehicle was struck from behind, resulting in damage to the rear bumper and the trunk's edge. I promptly reached out to Malatya Yiğitvar Chery Service for help. An expert inspected the car, but since that time, I've been left waiting without any clear updates or explanations. The process has been exhausting, and there’s been no clear timeline for repairs or any signs of progress. I discovered that the service center collaborates with Toyota, and it appears they are overwhelmed with too many tasks and not enough staff. While this could shed light on the delays, it certainly doesn't justify the absence of communication or support. I anticipated a better-organized and customer-centric experience, particularly from a brand that markets itself as dependable.
I was called by Chery Turkey. I was informed that the service would contact me. However, they haven't called yet. I feel like I'm lost in nothingness. May God help me :)
