I Paid for ChatGPT Plus but It Repeats Itself and Won’t Complete Tasks

I purchased a ChatGPT Plus subscription two days ago, expecting more stability and performance. Instead, I’ve been dealing with constant issues from the moment I upgraded. Initially, when I gave it a task, it responded by saying it would take time—but then kept apologizing endlessly: “I’m sorry, you don’t deserve this, it’s my fault,” over and over again. It didn’t complete the task at all during the entire day.

I tried clearing the chats, thinking maybe there was a glitch on my end. Later, I asked for help on a completely different topic. At first, it gave solid answers, but soon it started looping and repeating the same response no matter what I typed. It even acknowledged it was experiencing a system issue.

The next day, the same thing happened again. It got stuck and kept sending the same message, refusing to process my request. For a product I paid ₺ for, this is extremely disappointing. Ironically, I never experienced these issues with the free version. I feel like I paid for something that barely works while the free tier was actually more reliable.
