ChatGPT Plus Not Worth the Price — Refund Denied Despite Cancellation
My ChatGPT Plus subscription has been a complete disappointment. When I upgraded to the Plus plan, I expected to receive more accurate and higher-quality answers, especially for test-related questions. However, over the past two days, despite trying around 100 times, the responses I received were far from satisfactory.
I reported this issue to the support team and clearly stated that I’m entitled to a refund within 14 days. Despite that, my refund request was completely ignored. I made the payment through Türk Telekom mobile billing, canceled my subscription, yet my money has not been refunded.
Let me be clear: the Plus service does not justify its price in any way. I demand an immediate refund of my payment. Otherwise, I will file an official complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, along with all relevant documents and correspondence.
