ChatGPT Plus Doesn’t Work as Expected

I purchased ChatGPT Plus for 500₺, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. The model doesn’t understand my commands, responds inaccurately, and fails to follow instructions. It provides inconsistent answers and delivers no value compared to the free version.

On top of that, I can’t switch back to the previous version of ChatGPT, which was far more reliable. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a waste of money. I expected an improved experience with Plus, but it has been the opposite.

I demand a full refund for this subscription and the option to revert to the older version of ChatGPT. OpenAI needs to address these issues and provide better support for paying users.
