ChatGPT Plus Keeps Repeating Prompts Instead of Performing Tasks

Today, I purchased a ChatGPT Plus subscription and made a payment of ₺499.90. Although my membership is active, I’m not able to benefit from the Plus service as expected. When I ask ChatGPT to perform a task, it repeatedly responds with phrases like “Should I do it this way or that way?” and never actually carries out the requested action. Every command I give results in the same stalling responses, which makes being a Plus subscriber feel pointless.

I haven’t contacted the support team yet. However, if this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will request the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of the ₺499.90 payment. My subscription email address is y*****************@hotmail.com.
