I Bought ChatGPT Plus but It Failed to Deliver the Promised Video Feature

After subscribing to ChatGPT Plus, I attempted to test the video generation feature with a simple, short request. It was meant to be a trial run to explore the capabilities of the new function. However, the experience was incredibly frustrating. The system left me hanging for hours, repeatedly sending messages like “get ready,” but never delivering the actual result. I waited patiently, expecting at least some transparency or warning in advance if the service was still in development or experiencing issues. Instead, all I received was a vague apology after wasting my time.

As a paying user, I expected a smooth and honest experience—especially for features being publicly promoted. If something isn’t ready, that should be clearly communicated before users invest their time or money. I’m disappointed and hope OpenAI will improve both reliability and communication for Plus members.
