Late at night, I received a message via Google Chat on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Android phone with the code “A_cm95lm6Ox 620222 b043.” Around the same time, I also received an email from OpenAI stating that my access to the AI service had been restricted because the word “weapons” allegedly appeared in my past searches. However, after reviewing my search history, I confirmed that I have never used or searched for such a word or related content.
This situation occurred entirely without my knowledge or control. The access restriction is still active, and despite sending an email to customer support, I haven’t received any response. I don’t have any payment or subscription linked to my account, yet receiving such a warning and restriction has made me very uncomfortable.
I expect Google to provide a clear and detailed explanation of why this code and action occurred. I request a full clarification regarding this incident — which happened without my consent — and for my access to be restored immediately to resolve this unfair situation.
