On November 9, 2025, my Tango account—used on my Xiaomi Redmi 12C phone and containing $25 and 82 coins—was restricted without any explanation. The email address linked to my account is z********@gmail.com**. After the restriction, I was unable to log into my account, and when I tried to create a new one, I received a warning stating that my device had been completely blocked.
I purchased the balance in my account using my bank card. I did not violate any rules or engage in any unusual activity that would lead to my account being restricted or my device being blocked; everything happened suddenly. I also cannot access my accounts through Google. I have not contacted customer support yet.
I request that my account be reactivated and that the block placed on my device be removed. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
