Requesting Refund of Google Play Points For Accidental Free Fire Purchase
I am writing to report an accidental purchase made through my Google Play account and to request a refund of the Play Points used. I am using a Xiaomi Redmi device, and my Google Play account is registered in India. On 7 December 2025, I mistakenly used my Play Points to purchase an emote in the game Free Fire from the Google Play Store. I did not intend to spend my Play Points on this item and realized the error only after the transaction was completed. After noticing this, I contacted both Google Play support and Garena/Free Fire support and clearly explained that the emote was purchased by mistake using my Play Points. However, despite my requests, I have not received any refund or solution so far. I kindly request that the Play Points used for this accidental Free Fire emote purchase be fully refunded back to my Play Points balance. I would appreciate it if this issue could be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
