I have been experiencing a frustrating issue with the Tango Live app for the past two days. The message requests section has completely disappeared from my account. I use a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro running Android 15, and I have already tried every possible fix on my end: uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out and back in, checking for updates, and restarting my phone. Unfortunately, none of these steps solved the problem.
There are no warnings, bans, or restrictions on my account, so I do not understand why this feature is missing. I also reached out to the Tango Live support team, but I have not received any response yet. From what I can see, this issue only affects my account, as other users I know can still access their message requests without any problems.
I am requesting urgent technical support to restore the missing message requests section on my account. As a paying and active user, I expect Tango Live to address this issue promptly so I can continue using the app normally without losing access to key features.
