I purchased several high-end perfumes, including Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, and YSL, from Sephora, and I am extremely disappointed. The longevity is practically nonexistent, which makes me question their authenticity. I returned the perfumes for inspection, but when they were sent back, no exchange or refund was offered.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Sephora’s products, and I don’t believe they stand behind customer satisfaction. For a company selling premium brands, this lack of quality and support is unacceptable. I intend to escalate this issue to the Consumer Court, as I expect transparency and accountability from a brand of this caliber. I urge Sephora to address this matter and offer a resolution.
