Chanel Perfumes from Sephora Have No Scent - No Response After Three Weeks




I reported to the authorities at Sephora that the three Chanel perfumes I purchased had no scent. I sent product images via email for inspection. It has been three weeks now, and I still haven't received a response. When I call, they tell me they're waiting for a response from the authorized firm. It's all good when they're selling the product, but if you're selling perfumes from big-name brands with weak scents, you should stand behind them and resolve the issue promptly.
